Parker Waste Services rents dumpsters and hauls garbage across Dallas–Fort Worth. Local, hands-on, and growing — the kind of business where every lead is a real job on the calendar.

The problem

They wanted more jobs, and proof that each lead was worth what it cost. A rising click count means nothing if the phone isn’t ringing with work you can price and book.

What we did

We ran Google Ads tuned to cost per lead, not clicks. Since January 2024 we tied campaigns to real revenue-proxy values, so we could report actual return instead of guessing. As the numbers held, we scaled spend.

The results

  • 13,278 leads at a $16.76 cost per lead over 12 months.
  • Roughly 2.04x real ROAS — and it held while we tripled ad spend.
  • 2026 first half: 7,455 conversions at $15.72 each.
  • Lifetime with Parker Waste: $671K managed, 32,312 conversions.
  • Lead volume grew from about 100 a month in 2022 to 1,400 a month in 2026.

That last line is the point: this is a growth arc, not a snapshot. The cost per lead stayed low while the volume climbed.
