Delco Air is a New Jersey HVAC contractor — heating and cooling installs and service for homeowners across their local market.
The problem
Before us, they were getting about 15 leads a month, and paying anywhere from $80 to $300 for each one. Volume was thin and the cost was unpredictable.
What we did
We rebuilt their Google presence as a local stack that works together: Google Search and Performance Max ads, Local Service Ads, and their Google Business Profile. The goal was steady, affordable local demand — not one good month.

The results
- One month peaked at 1,375 leads at $2.85 each.
- 5,665 leads in 2025 at a $7.63 cost per lead.
- Sustained for 18 months — not a one-month spike.
An honest note: we revamped conversion tracking right at the inflection point, so the exact before/after cost-per-lead isn’t a clean apples-to-apples comparison — but the sustained lead volume that followed is real, and Delco’s paid results are a Google story, not a Meta one.
