Celestial Care is a home-care agency in Phoenix, matching caregivers with families who need in-home support.
The problem
They had a fixed budget — about $790 a month — and needed far more inquiries out of it. The existing funnels weren’t earning their keep.
What we did
We rebuilt both lead funnels on the same budget: Google Ads to capture people actively searching for care, and Meta Ads to reach families earlier. Same spend, tighter targeting, better landing experience.

The results
From their November 2025 one-sheet:
- Same ~$790/month budget, 5–10x the leads.
- Cost per lead dropped from $20–26 to $2–6.
- Inquiries up 1,900%.
- Best month, March 2025: 358 leads at $2.21 each.
