The problem
Home care is won or lost in the first hour. When a family decides they need help, they call three providers — and hire the one that answers. This provider was growing fast, from its Washington base into new cities across the Northwest, but its marketing hadn’t kept up: organic search barely converted, paid leads were untracked, and inquiries could sit unanswered until someone checked the inbox.
What we did
Starting February 2025, we took over the whole system, not one channel:
- Search: rebuilt the organic foundation — technical cleanup, question-format content, page-one coverage for every service city.
- Ads: city-level Google campaigns paired with Google Business Profiles in more than a dozen markets across five states, plus Meta lead generation — every lead tracked to a real call or form, not a vanity metric.
- Follow-up: a CRM with instant-reply flows, launched June 2025. Every web lead now gets an automated email and text back within seconds — before a competitor has picked up the phone.
The results
Verified July 2026 — GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta, and the CRM. Engagement began February 2025; every window below is the engagement window.
- 3,100+ tracked leads from paid search and social — roughly 2,490 phone calls and form inquiries from Google Ads (
$36 per lead) and 675 Meta lead-form leads ($30 per lead), at a ~$35 blended cost per lead. - Organic conversions tripled — 26/month → 76/month (GA4 key events, Feb 2025 vs Jun 2026), on organic sessions up 122% (727 → 1,613/month).
- Organic is now the site’s most engaged channel: 68% engagement rate and page-one brand demand in every service city, at an average position of 9.5.
- Every lead answered in seconds: the instant-reply system responds by email and text in under 1.5 seconds — measured, every lead sampled. Since go-live: 6,789 contacts, 6,496 conversations, and 1,560 opportunities tracked in one pipeline.
Lead counts are conservative: tracked phone calls and deduplicated form submissions only — no clicks-to-call, no direction taps, no soft conversions. The brand’s separate franchise-development funnel is excluded entirely.
Growth like this is usually chaos — new cities, new campaigns, leads from six directions. The system is what makes it compound: search feeds the brand, ads feed the pipeline, and the pipeline answers faster than anyone else in the market.
If you’re expanding faster than your marketing can keep up, let’s talk.
